Refund Policy

Precision matters. If your gear isn't exactly what you need, our refund policy is designed to be straightforward and fair. Review our guidelines for returning unopened decks and accessories.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a strict 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility (Must Be Sealed)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. Playing card decks must remain unopened in their original, factory-sealed cellophane wrapper. Opened decks cannot be returned due to the technical nature of the product.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges for Damaged Goods

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged tuck box or defective trainer block, email us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a rapid replacement of the exact same item.
